Should you replace the whole fence or fix a few sections?
Push on each post. If the posts are solid and only the pickets and rot board are gone, that run can be rebuilt on the posts you have. That is a repair, not a new fence. If the posts wobble, snapped at grade, or the fence leans along a whole side, the frame is done and new pickets on old posts is money wasted.
