Does a Seabrook roof need a repair or a new roof?
On the bay the answer often comes down to the metal, not the shingles. If the shingles still have granules and lie flat but the flashing, drip edge and vent caps are rusting, that is a repair: new metal, new boots, the shingles around them replaced and woven in.
